Ever since the big forum update awhile ago I've been missing some member stars. I know there was a bug mentioned at the time, but it looks like many folks have theirs back.

I know it's not that big of a deal... but I kinda liked my stars. Sort of a badge of honor so to speak. IIRC I've been a member since 2009-2010. Is there any way I can submit a ticket to someone to check?

 

You have them. They won't be accurate. Look at mine. I've been here longer than the stars indicate.

Longevity. It used to be you would get one as soon as you joined (paying member). iirc they fixed it to represent years accurately (1 star meant 1 year vs having 2 stars for only having been around 1 year) for a bit. Them they went away. Now we have this format. I should have more than I do, not that I care. Some people obviously do though.

 

What Vadster said. The new format only does single stars for years 1-3 and then milestones 5 years, 10 years, etc.

 

Oh, and stars don't show up on mobile version, only on the desktop/full version.

What are the milestones? As of next January I'll have been here for 20 years but there are only 15 stars in my membership display.

 

The oldest milestone is currently 15 years to equal 15 stars. The previous 10 and 5 years have 10 and 5 stars respectively. There currently is no 20 year/20 star milestone and the system shows no account would met that until October.
