I, unfortunately, am in the same boat. I was assuming I'd get an email/PM requesting my address or something to send the goodies to but haven't received any messages.

 

You should have received a message with a link to a form for sending us your information, but if not, not a problem. Please send me a PM with your mailing address and we'll get your kit mailed out you.

I'm in the same situation
I renewed my membership like 2017 (I received the stuff), but this year nothing and I wanted the decal so bad (and the tshirt too)

(But last time I filled a form, and this time 2018, I didn't find it anymore)
