Paying S2Ki Subs by PayPal
you guys should get together with the guys who bitched about having to manually renew your memberships every year, figure out what you want. I also suggest paying attention, it's not complicated unless you click buttons without reading any of it. I can't tell you what you won't read.
Hopefully people will now realise what they signed (?) up to and can make a choice to retain or cancel their 'recurring payment'.

PayPal's wording I can't do anything about. They call it recurring and they call it automatic and they call it a billing profile all in the same paragraph. There are multiple places where you are advised about how and when future payments will be made including "My Membership" which has a link to cancel the recurring membership payment whenever you want. PayPal says $20 (or $50) per year and it says future payments will be made with such and such a payment method.
If you get billed for something you shouldn't have, you let us know and we fix it. We aren't out to steal your money and the suggestion that we are is kind of trashy. I'm sorry you didn't understand the transaction. You sign up for a membership, it renews every year until you cancel it which you can do from your account settings on s2ki under "My Membership" and from PayPal's website. It is right on the page where you return to from PayPal after the purchase. "Cancel Recurring Payments". It is not hidden or buried in some obscure location. It's the only link right there in the middle of the result page:

Dozens of people have purchased memberships in the past 3 months and immediately cancelled recurring payments with no confusion or complaint. Your issue is not trivial but it is not common either. I hope you've got all the information you now need to make informed decisions. If you feel there is a specific problem with your payment transaction I encourage you to PM me or any of the Admin staff or email support@s2ki.com or paypal@s2ki.com or email me directly at cthree@s2ki.com and I/we will make whatever corrections necessary to make you satisfied.

I guess it's a combination of the new site set up, the first time I've renewed my subscription using paypal and my lack of care when renewing. I still think there should be a tick box option if you want to agree to recurring payments but recognise that's a paypal issue and nothing to do with S2ki
