photo album question

how do I change my photo albums so everyone can view them?

In each folder, there is a check box - make visible to everyone.

Check that in each folder you want visible

yes when creating an album yoo have that option but what if it is already locked how do you unlock it ?.... I can't seem to find where to do that, ps thanks for helping
