Start Button / Photo Album / New Image / Browse

Select the image(s) you want to upload on your local hard
drive.

Click 'Open' button.

Click 'Add Images' button.

There are some places that host pics for you.
If you already have them on a web site, or if you already have them on your webspace then you can post them online by using the "[img]" html tags. So it would look like this
"[img]" nameofthehost.com/yourpic "[/img]"
