Please report gallery problems

I'm aware of the problem, as I mentioned. When I try to change the permissions on the top level gallery stuff it crashes so I've got some things to sort through before I even get there to address it for you.

Any update?
Despite only being 20 dollars, one of the reason to purchase the membership is the use of the gallery. That said, will I get gold status if a resolution isnt found free of charge?

Are you saying you do not have an album to put your sub-albums in? I know you are waiting for something but I'm confused about what. You should have at least one top level album to put your new albums in. If not then I will need to investigate why that might be.

I'm having this same "parent album" issue.
Vadster has tried a few things to get it work and hasn't come up with anything yet.
This, I'm just not able to creat an album. And since I'm not able to do that, I'm not able to upload pics. Not sure why

Ok, I tried it with a test account and it seemed to work but I'll try it again to be sure.

It still says must select parent album. I have several, but what you get are sub folders.
I think inneedindeed's problem is he has no parent album to select from at all so he's stuck.
