Quick question: Are email notifications down due to the move?

 

Actually yes. It turns out that our new IP address block is dirty (ie. was used by previous users for spam or porn or both). We are going to be contacting our rep tomorrow to get a new clean block of addresses.

There are plenty of anti-spam sites where you can check the history of an address or block or addresses: http://spamblock.outblaze.com/64.71.164.99 to see why our new address is blocked by basically everyone on the planet.

ok the isp gave us a new clean ip block and our dns servers have been updated. We'll be switching to the new ips in the next 24hrs.

Email out should work now as I set the outbound ip to the new block.
