Actually I take that back, after a bit more testing it still seems pretty much just as bad, although it does load a bit faster now when it does eventually manage to connect..

Just thought I would chime in...
I've been having these same issues since January. I originally posted in the "s2ki changes ownership" thread. I've definitely been visiting the site less due to the crazy load times, and timeouts. It only happens on this site.
Apple 10.7.3
The issue occurs on all bowsers on my computer including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.

Any real progress with improvements on the issue?

Some users on the UK side reporting that the site works much better when not signed in, or when using "in private" browsing in Chrome (or its equivalent in other browsers).

I heard it.....
It kinda feels like we are being put on the back burner. Before the site sale I never experienced issues like this.

I had to reload four times while initially navigating to the site. Then twice to enter this comment.

Please help us out here!!!

All time low performance this morning.

WTF is going on?!

Totally unacceptable, as is the lack of response.

I think "Internet Brands" should write a book called "How to completely f@#k up an S2000 owners club website".

everyone,

I'm truly sorry, I haven't had anything to report back. This issue, with stalled connections, and slow page load is affecting nearly every site we own, it's not just S2KI. I can assure you that we have every resource available working on this as their only priority. Unfortunately, it's been slow going. Essentially, we are replacing every single component in the network, in order to isolate the problematic one, which so far, has not surfaced. I can absolutely appreciate your frustration, and even anger. For that, i do sincerely apologize. We've recently been discussing making a radical change, and moving the entire site onto a cloud based server. This is something we've never done, but it is now seriously under consideration and research to fast track the implementation.

I appreciate the reports, they do help me add a sense of urgency to the tech team, so please keep letting us know. I know i haven't replied the last couple of days, but I am reading all of your posts.

cheers,
robb

for such a great attitude, one thing I've noticed is that it isn't nearly as noticeable on the phone as it is on the computer. I rarely use the computer and the other day I had to and boy was it frustrating my phone and computer use the same network, safari on the phone and ie/chrome on the computer.

Response appreciated.

Unfortunately, the problem is getting worse. Its now more than just slow loads. For example, the site has hung 4 times when i've tried to respond to your post. On this occasion its taken me 20 minutes of periodic visits to the site to get to this point of being able to post.
