Why so many threads locked?

It was one comment over a year ago, yes I made it and owned up to it. I have cleaned up my language since but now its like walking on egg shells. Webtricks are not limited to moderators, I know you dudes were searching my post history for anything.
So do be specific, what was the current double violation and how was it a direct violation of the rules? Other than a silent protest to rampant advertisement and overzealous censorship?I also find it highly coincidential that many others are getting warnings and ban attacks for similar rants, without breaking rules in the process.
Why is is a warnable/banable to offense to post opinions, satarize and mock current policies and express disapproval?

Elaborate how thats against ToS? I feel that there is shady stuff goin on and favortism, threads or posts are selectively deleted to protect some people. Its no secret. Admit, you also give a sponsor MUCH more room because they are a more significant source of revenue.

No offense, but it's a for-profit Internet site. Do paying sponsors get a bit of special consideration? Probably; they pay the bills. Lighten up.
