Volvo chase car

Last night, i saw a volvo wagon police car chasing down someone. I have never seen that particular car before. When did they start making those cars? Looked ultra JDM like in white with black wheels, hehe.

Wtf? A volvo station wagon Police car? Did it look like an undercover detective car or traffic vehicle?

undercover and it was in burlington so i assume that was the halton police force?
