Thumbs up Convert dual to single exhaust

i know there was a thread about this, but the replies were that most duals have a larger pipe then is splits into smaller pipes. and of course having a single going from large to little is never a good idea. what if the pipe size stayed constant? what if the pipe stayed 70 mm? i have an invidia v4 or q300 and the piping is 70 mm all the way through. i was just curious that it i make it into a dual, will/could it make more power? i know it might sound like farts in a coffee can but, just wondering if it could make more power. i also know that there are no dyno plots that prove the v4 makes power.

There are exhausts that go from 70mm to 60mm in the end that still make power. If the dual exhaust is well designed, it should not have the "bottleneck" effect.

I don't think you will make any more power compared to one pipe.
