Alignment Question........
I'm wondering the same thing (since I only got 8,500 miles on my last set of S03s). I'm thinking of taking it to Rick Case and when they align it, asking for a slightly less aggressive toe-in.
I have had my car aligned about every other year (20k miles) and have found that the S2000 holds alignment pretty well. That said, it's important to have the car aligned to the specifications that you want since alignment has a lot to do with the way the car performs and the way the tires wear.
For optimal tire wear it's important to run a small amount of toe in. That, more than camber reductions, reduces wear. As an example, I run my car at the maximum camber front and rear (-1.7 deg. rear and -0.7 deg front) and run minimal rear toe (0.32 deg total toe in) and near zero front toe (0.04 deg total toe in). This provides me with the following benefits: increased lateral grip compared to lesser camber settings, decreased rear scrub improving tire wear, and improved turn-in when initiating a turn while minimizing front tire scrub.
Rick Case does a good job with the alignments, but now charges $160 to do one! That's why I've searched for alternated alignment shops - unfortunately not finding any that seem to know what they are doing with the S2000. It uses excentric adjusters for camber and caster up front and camber and toe in the rear that seem to baffle some technicians. If someone knows of a good shop we'd all appreciate a recommendation.

I'm not sure where you're located, but there's a place in Miami, right off the SW 120th Turnpike exit that used to be great for alignments. I haven't been there in nearly 3 years, but from what I used to see, he only worked on high end and performance cars. Price used to be under $100, but he worked on a day to day basis, first come first serve. Call as early in the morning as possible to reserve a time slot. Things might have changed since then, but ask around and maybe other people have used them as well.

I seemed to misplace my card book, so I can't look up his name, but he's the main guy working there.

He just did an alignment on my car a few weeks ago. I did my research on this site of what to use. I brough in my specs and if you want (as I did) I sat in the car while he did the alignment so it is accurate while your driving or racing.
Del, the owner, told me many of you have contacted him for an alignment but he does not work on the weekend. Del has told me if you want to come on the weekend to make arrangements with him. He will work with you.
Del is an experienced car racer in the SCCA ITS class and is currently building an EP RX-7. His alignment machine is specially modified to maximize camber at all four wheels.
Remember to mension Allan Kozich sent you. I was charged $50 for my custom alignment. I can not guarantee he'll charge you the same because I've been doing business with him for numerous years.
