the guy gets pulled over for speeding. going 90+ mph. the cop gives him a break and issues him a ticket for going too slow.
the guy goes home and posts on the "ask a cop" section of a local forum asking if he can fight the ticket in court because the ticket says he was going 40 in a 45.
the actual cop that pulled him over just happens to be on the same forum and pretty much pwns him.
