Have you noticed?
maybe you need to to specifiy alittle better in the
thread:
Selling and Advertising in the S. Florida Forum, New Rules please follow!
1) To sell something in the South Florida forum you don't have to be a member (however, it would be nice to support the site that you are using), but we do ask that you come around and introduce yourself before you start selling. This will allow us to minimize bad sellers or bad deals. This will protect the buyer and the seller.
"to come around" meaning come around to meets (FUDDS).
the first impression was come around on the boards and introduce themselves

Look.. Tough...
we will do some stuff to TRY to help.. but ultimately its YOUR responsibility.
as 'gringo' points out.. more than likely.. its not a site user thats going on w/ shennanigans anyways.
I'm tired of the freaking site looking like ebay.
fridges/stereos/remote controls... WTF..
it may be your 'first impression'.. then it would get locked and you'd end up coming to a meet...
trust me when i say this.. folks generally do not read the rules... i could say.. you have to pay me 5 million dollars before posting... they'd still post...

Im a noob. Have not attended a Wed meet yet. Planning to, believe me! Just have not been able to, due to work. I am a new owner and was vandalized allready less than a month into ownership. I am pi$$ed, but there are things in life you cannot control.
Pictures? Pictures of our cars? of my license plate? WTF?

I was not meaning to have photos taken of people that own S2000s... Just of those that dont own and want to sell parts or be on the forums. On S. Florida Racing, they require you to be a member for a few months and have a number of regular post before you are alowed to sell. Dario, I didnt realize that you shut down so many of the ads. I am sorry. You may hit me with my bat..

Please refer to my previous post.
Also keep in mind that 90% of people who own S2000s DO NOT BELONG TO THIS SITE.
So if they sold their S2000 or purchased something for their s2000 and no longer want it then they come to one of the largest s2000 communities to sell it.

I disagree with the member percentage. Honda only brought 5000 S2000's per year into the states for the first few years of it's existence. I joined the site over 5 years ago and my membership number is in the 8000, now membership is up over 65000,

that doesn't mean anything.
Im the 3rd owner of my S. and one question they ask you when joining is do you own a s2000.
so over 65000 doesn't mean theres over 65000 S driving around
Plus this is S2K"INTERNATIONAL"

However try craig's list... it will get sold faster than on here anyway.
I think I am close Mitch. Look how many people have come out to our meets who didnt own s2000s. They are members. Gonzo for one. The guy with the new Civic Si is another. Rene is another. The chicks with the Evo's and no s2000 they dont own one and so on.
