Default Help on Rollbar

Well the time has come to get the rollbar for my car! I have one problem I am 5'10" and I was wondering how much room I am going to have with the stock driverside seat before I get my aftermarket seat. I know Omar with the Yellow S2000 had one in his car? Does anyone know if he is still on the site? Also I was looking at the Carbing roll bar has anyone dealt with these locally?

IF you are racing it I would understand. If not why would you want that metal in there in case you get in an accident? Would only be something to get hurt on as your head may hit it uncovered.

I thought the Cusco wasn't the best for actual performance?

Or are you just doing it for the bling

I had the Cusco 4 point roll bar from Bulletproof, and ended up selling it because of the possible head trauma which can occur during a MVA. Actually, CORAL DOC, responded with some REALLY GOOD INFO on one of my first posts on the pros and cons of such cage. If you are considering it, PM him. I have never met him, but he's given me SOLID advice on two occassions....Hopefully (Fyrestrike, are you reading this ), there will be another tech day and I can thank him in person...

Seriously, NOT for a daily driver...but it does look awesome!

Yeah, decided on not getting this product. I am to tall to drive with the cage without aftermarket seats. I am not ready to dish out another 3 grand on top of the cage. I want a set of marchesini's for the bike!

even though you decided not to get one i thought i would let you know you would of had plenty of room. I am 6'0 and had the 6pt cusco with harness bar. I had plenty of room with both my stock seats and my brides.
