any pre 06 factory ECU's are non-tuneable so this would do nothing for your car (I BELIEVE) but if you are not inquiring about this for your car then here is the web page with some info

PS. If you want to adjust your setting then get a piggy back like the Apexi VAFC or the Greddy Emanage. If you wanna go big time then get the AEM EMS and enjoy.

 

the s300 or any other tunable hondata unit is not available for s2000's at all. the only Hondata ecu option available is the 06 reflash. If you want something fully tunable you'd have to go with an AEM or similar standalone

other piggybacks are available (afc, emanage, etc) but they're not so hot.

 

I agree with MARC. These won't work with the S but I heard good things for Civics and Integras. Especially that Full Throttle Shifting thing to keep the boost up for FI ones
