Default Need to change my clutch

I need to replace my clutch. I want to know which clutch kit(clutch&pressure plate) that you would recommend? Second should I change the throw-out bearing and flywheel to? How difficult is this procedure? His anyone here done it themselves, and would they be willing to look over my shoulder and help me?
Thanks for the input guys,
Ken

ACT Pressure plate,a nd either a Comptech flywheel or a toda fly wheel. The Toda is a little better balanced but the Comptech can be resurfaced. I went with the comptech, and I'm very happy with it. Bullet and Firestrike have the toda, and they are happy as well

the tranny needs to come out, I would replace all the parts if it were me, at least I did that when I replaceed mine a few months ago. I do have a very good very resonable mechanic. MTS Auto, Chip has worked on a number or our cars

hope this helps.

I know chip just came back from the sema show and found some new stuff for
our cars. I know there are some cool new flywheels from reputable manufactures.

If your car is still under warranty, you can have it replaced by the dealer under a TSB. I recently had mine done @ 30K miles, and it was worn thin. Didn't cost a dime!

Good luck with that one. mine had 15k and they wouldn't do sh_t, it's not even worn. I still have it in may garage. the Honda regionals in fla think that everyone that buys an S abuses it, so they don't do anything.

Unless you have an 2000 or 2001, which is the model years that the TSB applies to, they will not change your clutch under the factory warranty. The clutch is a wear and tear item.

Just got mine done a couple months back - oem pressure plate and disc, comptech flywheel. This setup is working out just fine. Parts were from hardtopguy.com (Ganley Honda).
