I guess Honda doesn't have the S2000 name copyrited or w/e. I believe BMW has M3 protected...

I just spoke to my cousin over at Honda of North America and he says "Fat chance that they will be able to name it S2000"

You never know it depends on the market. Remember Mitsubishi used the GTO name on the JDM 3000GT while Pontiac and Ferrari had cars named GTO.

Also, it is just a show car so like the Ford GT40 it might not be the final name of the car.
