So yea... i was at the fiu guest parking lot going to my car coming from the library when i go up to my car and see a riced out '96 honda accord next to my car with the driver talkin to someone on the phone. Extremely suspicious... so i left and decided to go back... when i went back the accord was gone.

Now was this an actual seat thief calling for the pickup truck or was he just at the wrong place at the wrong time?
