Default Someone with a porter cable

Hey any of the wash and wax wacko's in south florida, would anyone mind lending me a little of their time? I was out of town for a few days and apparantly a sprinkler got messed up and went wayyy outside of its coverage area and covered my car in sprinkler water. It then sat in the sun for Monday-Friday while I was away and as a result . . . I have water stains that I cannot get off. I have tried distilled white vinegar, I've tried paint cleaner, I've even tried scratch-x. As a result, all I've done is add a bunch of swirls from frustrated scrubbing, and the water spot etch marks arn't going anywhere.

Dario or any other W&W wacko, I've read that a medium cut polish will remove them. Can anyone with detailing experiance give their input? I've read up on it a few places (IE: http://guidetodetailing.com/articles.php?articleId=15) and they all say if Vinegar doesn't do it I have to go to the buffer.

If I had lots of free time I'd just take it up to my body guy . . . but he has 3 other s2000's up there right now so detailing work would probably take a while . . . and I don't have the time to leave my car for several days.

Can anyone lend a hand? I'll gladly come to you, and pay you for your time (food, beer, cash, whatever form of payment you want).

Really you think clay bar will pick it up? I haven't tried it yet as I've read that if the vinegar doesn't pick it up that its going to require a buffer. I can try clay bar tomorrow afternoon though. Thanks for the recommendation.

Tried the cleaning wax and dish washer soap, paint cleaner, scratch-x, and vinegar.

I'll try clay bar tomorrow! They baked on about a week so I think they have left an etching =\

Yea, use a little bit of Dawn and then use the Detailer with the clay.

I picked up a fresh Meguirs Clay Kit this weekend. So I use the dawn to wash the car or I use the dawn to lubricate the car in conjunction with the detailing spray?

The marks are just getting older and older so I'm anxious to try it out. I had no luck with the vinegar, tried again over the weekend, heh.
