I don't understand why people are just complaining. It is a meet at a park where 100+ people attend. How do you expect to get free drinks from other people throughout the meet.
Those who are complaining should have just went outside the park to the gas station and get drinks.
We brought a cooler full of drinks, snacks, chips, wraps. We didn't expect anybody else to feed us

Seriously..there was everything at the damn park if you didnt like your options leave to Burger King.
1. They had water fountains in some of the Gazeboes in the Park. clean water Too (not Hialeah)
2. Shade was everywhere. I had my car under a tree.
3.It Wrong to take what is not yours..I was offered a Burger from Droptopgirl and I didnt take it because I already ate...plus shes super nice im pretty sure if you asked she wouldve given.
4. Too far....then dont come. simple.
5. It is extremely difficult to plan something the way Warren/Dario/Di and anyone else who helped, with such smoothness. The GD was awesome , I DIDNT speed (even though I wanted too) and the subway was there ..What more can we expect.
This is just my 2 cents..but hope fully if we do this again we should ahve after hour entertainment..lol

After reading this thread and people complaints here are my thoughts on this situation even though i didn't go, don't own an S anymore but have been on this site long enough to see the success of previous Meets.
If you complained about the length of the drive.. STOP YOUR BITCHING. Previous "Florida SuperMeets" were held in Orlando with LOTS and LOTS of planning by the nice folks over on the "Florida" forum. I think it's great that the South Florida Forum (Dario/Di & Warren) were able to set this meet up basically in our back yard and invited everyone from around the state to come out. If you thought it was too far.. THEN WHY THE HECK DID YOU GO? It was nice enough for them to take the time out and try to arrange this meet when they are obviously not getting anything out of it, than just hopefully the appreciation of fellow S owners/enthusiats.. and some dont seem to be very appreciative which sucks for them because they deserve to be appreciated.
IF YOU JACKED SOMEONES DRINKS... Do you go to the beach knowing FULL WELL that it's hot as f**k and don't take anything to drink.. but yet feel you can walk over to the person cooler whom you don't know and have your go at their drinks? I didn't think so.. so who the hell told you, you could do that?
It's Florida.. it's HOT... why the hell aren't you use to it? Stop moaning about the shade and bring out some tents if you're so darn hot. I know full well there are several members here on the site that when they go to Autocrosses they know it's going to be HOT. What do they do? BRING THEIR OWN DAMN TENTS! They don't expect the Autocross Even organizers to provide them.
If you think you can do a better job at planning an event then i want to see you try it.....

.... all i can say is that it was great time, FUN TIME under the sun, we should all be glad to have such blessed group of peeps with cool little cars to share .. hell we even played some soccer under the sun on Sat. and THAT IS PRICELESS!
