"Cheap" is the key word here...I dont want to spend a 1k on wheels and when im gonna spend a good amount on tires. these wheels are gonna go on once or twice a month... im looking to spend no more then 400 bucks...

Check:
American Eagle
Bart Wheels
Diamond
Rota used to make the Slipstream which is a knock off of a more expensive wheel, but still pretty damn light. They fit the ITR, but I don't know about the 04 S.

You're probably going to get cheap or light, but definitely not both.

Do a search for Rota's. They come in 16x7 and weigh 13.8-lbs. You can run the
stock tires on 'em but will go outboard about an inch in the rear. Not too bad for the track
only. $500 shipped for all four.

I'm in the same boat. Have an 04' and need second set of wheels for auto-x and HPDE. I would like stock wheels but having a hard time finding some.

Also, if he's going to run in stock class he cannot use 16's only 17".
