Whos willing to help!
ok here is the deal. i have my cusco 6pt cage which should be coming into the country at the end of next week. which means i should be getting it two weeks from now. i am looking for someones house to do the install at who has the no how of removing EVERYTHING from the interior. all carpet, seats, and all rear plastic, and if possible the soft top too. unfortunatly i don't know how to remove all the rear plastics and the soft top. after everything is removed we will install the cage and then put everything back in. i was quoted by someone who already installed there's that it would take about 8-10hours to do. so who ever is willing to help me i will take out to dinner when we are done. so just let me know thanks.
8-10 hours
That assumes you know exactly how to remove everything and put it back together in record time. Realistically, this will be a full weekend job and you'll need somewhere to store the car/parts in the meantime.

Been there, done that. Should I bring my sawzall
?
Seriously, MacGyver is correct. If you know exactly what your doing and know exactly how the cage is going to bolt in, it might be an 8-10 hour job. In reality it will be AT LEAST a two day job, so plan accordingly. It would be best to have a 2-car garage so that you can pull all the stuff out and have a safe place to leave everything overnight. I couldn't supervise the whole operation, but if you'd like some advice during the process, I'd be happy to swing by.
It would be a good thing to invest in a Helm service manual. There are some very specific ways of removing some of the interior bits so that it can be done with a minimum of cursing and damage. My manual is up in Orlando, but will be back down here in early February.

I have a manual and can copy anything you need Jonathan... I agree with Josh its a tough job. I tried to get some of the trim pieces off behind the roll hoops with no luck whatsoever.
