Default Anyone in this SO subthread have the BYS Seat Rails?

Hi All

I'm thinking of taking the plunge and I'm wondering if anyone in the GTA has installed the BYS seat rails to lower their seat. Just curious where you purchased it and how it worked out.

zenairdave has done it numerous times on his various s2000's. He's on the forum here.
I speak with experience in that I've driven his BYS car and it is exceptionally good for those with a taller torso.
Mind, they are not cheap at nearly $400 USD.

Does it fit every S? I was going to get one once but I think I read somewhere it wouldn't fit my '09.

The 09 and likely some earlier seat rails have a tab to hold a switch that turns off the airbag for really short drivers when the seat is slid full ahead, if you want to maintain that fuction, well, the bys rail wont work. If you are talĺ and never would drive with your nose against the steering wheel, a ziptie to hold the switch out of harms way will let the bys rails work. I have used the same kit on 01 to 09 cars. The seat adjusts the easiest in the CR because there is not insulation under the carpet. It lowers the seat that low. It still slides with some effort on standard models.
