Its a small building, most of the responsibility for security resides with the owners. On site security or full time conceierge is just not an option for smaller developments.

People entering the building due to someone tailgating another resident. However, if that was not the case and someone has building access, then I'd be concerned.

Especially now that whoever it was, knows there are at least two more soft tops down there.

 

easy - get a hardtop.

don't some condos in Toronto allow anyone pay & park there? if so, that can't be very secure either.

 

-raise hell and get something done
-relocate/move
-live with that thought of a possible break in for the rest of your days at this place
