Default Funiture stores in T.O.

Any place with nice modern selections and fairly reasonable prices?

Ottawa pretty much blows for furniture, we got the Brick / Leons and Collonial, a couple of independents but man I don't know who stocks these places the furniture looks like it is straight out of the 80's.

I'm no baller either, but don't want something that will only last me 2 years like my Ikea couch damn things go soft so fast (ahem).

Oh and offers for Bio's couch will be turned down, thanks though.

you guys have an Ethan Allen out there? they have nice stuff....we need a dining room set and will probably end up getting it form there.

most of our stuff is from either Decorium or Palma Brava....

Palma Brava is mostly metals and glass....not sure how many locations they have Canada-wide.

Ethan Allen? Not that I know of.... Considering I haven't heard of any of the stores you listed I suspect we have none of them.

We are mostly looking for a couch / sectional set right now.

Try EQ3. They have locations in Ottawa as well. Sort of upscale Ikea style with solid construction.

EQ3 is Meh, nice to look at furniture i guess but not nice to sit on.

Although there is a bonus my brother works for them and can get me 25% off.

if you're in the GTA

i used to work at the bay clearance store which was furn/elect/appl in brampton --

now they are in etobicoke right by cloverdale mall.

u may be able to haggle too. its where all the bay stuff ends up from all over canada.

some stuff are decent, some are garbage.

Hey Wing,

I don't know if you remember my Red couch/dectional from my place from Ottawa. It's from a great place out west called Urban Barn. I know they have a bunch of stores in the GTA and they ship also! Check it out!
