I can't wait to put the battery in my car in the spring so I can check this out.
I also can't believe this little trick is not published soomeplace. I looked for a while in my service manual, but to date, have found nothing.

So Rob, did you "adjust" your car already?

While I don't necessairly like the AC always coming on to defrost the window, what about this quote?
"You want to cycle the A/C 10 minutes every week during the winter. Check your owner's manual"
Is this suggestion really in the manual? I know that you should use the AC year round to keep it lubricated..

Yep. This one mod increased my cold weather driving pleasure exponentially!! Simply awesome.
