Your service department changed the oil in the car, and did not tighten the oil filter properly. As a result, the oil leaked out, and the engine failed. Now your organization is trying to blame it on owner neglect, and you're getting a bad name for doing so. I and many others will NEVER buy a car from a dealer carrying the name "Castle" after the way this fiasco has been handled. How stupid of your people to tell the guy that he put the wrong kind of oil in the car, when it was your people who did the oil change. Why not just tell the guy that you are going to screw him because you can? No need to only partially soil your reputation.
