I think its bullshit.
Why would an installer
up the install of a filter on a Honda product, but not a toyota, gm, dodge etc etc etc.
Honda is desperate not to have recalls...didn't they change the law stating that TSB's are basically bogus anymore and they would be listed as recalls?
I may be wrong, but I don't think so.
Pisses me off when a car company (any of them) puts an acceptable loss of life value on these things. Regardless of how statistically appropriate it might be.
