**UPDATE**
Shinji is the best!! Just got off the phone with him. He offered to pay the $100 because he missvalued the package!! Talk about customer service!
I won't hesitate to order from him again!

When I ordered my pocket bike FedEx delivered it and I got a bill about a month later for 50-60 bucks no muss no fuss. UPS has a similar service I think it is called UPS red !!
