Nissan 350z
It's only been 3 days since I've sold my s2000 and I'm already feeling really "empty". Have any of you actually owned a 350z before? Would you guys recommend it? I've driven one a couple years ago, and I remember that it felt really planted and that the door sills came up really high which reduced visibility. And I like how they can be had for a very low price and not many people want to jack them

They are quick cars. Way faster than the S. but everyone I've spoken with who has driven both has said, hands down the S is more enjoyable when it comes to overall driving experience.

My roommate has an 04 350z track ... I like it but at the end of the day I would never trade my S in for it. Its got a little more power but at the same time it feels big and generally I don't feel as good driving it as much as I do driving the S.
If you want to try something new I dont think you would regret the decision

At that price point there isn't much else to choose IMO, a G35 is also nice with 2 more seats (albeit very small seats). Most complaints of the Nissans seem to center around the transmission. The s2000 seems easier to work on given the ample space of the engine bay and relatively simple engine design of Hondas, it was one reason I went for the S2000 and wouldn't you know it I'm now having to pull the engine, lol.

I drove my brothers 350 years ago and it felt heavy and wide. Other than that it was nice.

Driven one a few times before years ago, almost purchased one but ended up buying my first S2000.
The V6 and exhaust note makes it pleasant to the ears. It felt big the first couple times you drive it, then you will get use to it (you adjust your driving style accordingly to match the attitude of the car). Work on the suspension, brakes, and tires/wheels, then you will enjoy it even more. Some simple mods can actually yield you some surprising results on those VQ35 engines. Plenum spacers, intake, true dual exhaust, test pipe, and you're on the fly
Even though the car was more heavy, but the V6 3.5 massive torque really moves it and you don't have to be in 5k-6k rpm every gear to feel the car moving.
I got some 350Z/G35 parts (new, unused) that I purchased for my G35 but ended up selling it for a TL.
