I got all 4 taken out at once, I was swollen for about a week and I lost 10 pounds because I couldn't chew anything so I just drank broth

3 were erupted and 1 was impacted.

The most pain in my mouth is from the 1 lower that was impacted, the actual tooth area doesn't hurt but my jaw/cheek is swollen to shit on that side and it hurts to open my mouth.

Spent all day yesterday eating broth, cornmeal and fruit smoothies. Tried chewing on some food today and it's not too bad, but the problem is I can't open my mouth to get food in, LOL.

Look at the bright side, you'll shave a few pounds and will fit better in the Recaro's

LOL, I'm sad because I can't go to the gym - I'm actually worried about how much muscle loss will happen.

I'm used to eating 3500ish calories a day and lifting heavy, now I'm eating sub 1000 and full out couch potato status.

Yeah I haven't exercised my muscles in 20 years and they're still around.

But gains, I want gains.

LOL.

I'm going to my friends cottage for New Years, hopefully I'll be able to eat something more than mashed food and protein shakes. I also can't drink alcohol since I'm on 3 different pills, oh well, hopefully it'll still be a blast.

I'm bummed out that the lake won't be frozen, was dying to play some ice hockey - guess I'll go canoeing instead.
