New header and test pipe installed today, I never wanted to run a test pipe for a number of reasons, but the header has a 2.5 inch collector. The TP's certainly gives a performance kick. The header is made by a company called 1320, it's a 4-2-1 stainless header based on the Toda style. . VTEC transition was barely noticeable in stock form with it being pretty low at 4400 rpms. It now pops significantly and revs like crazy once VTEC hits and the intake butterflies open. I may put in a high flow cat in the spring as I'd feel better running a HFC. .

I was finally able to get my colour-matched lower rocker covers installed, much nicer than the factory black parts. New rear bearings installed on the rear, and new Type R sized rotors with Type R calipers for rear brakes. I'm working on. the front big brake upgrade install next and hopefully the build will be done.

I finally got the rear bumper permanently attached after painting, and I was able to roll the car outside for some quick pics. Too bad it was a crappy dark day with only cel phone pics. The car mechanically is 100% and I hope to get it to the track in 2019, some suspension woes kept me from getting it done in 2018. I think the build is done.

The End.

Thanks pal !, I agree it should satisfy the need for my son quite well. Very anxious to get the car and him on a track in 2019. Should be fun.

Double DIN Pioneer head unit installed, plays CD/ DVD/ Bluetooth phone, Bluetooth music, USB, touchscreen navigation, sounds great and adds a nice modern touch to the aging interior. Sounds great even with the factory speakers.

I love how easy these Honda's are to work on. Thanks for the pix!
