Simon sounds like you need to setup a boundary so your dumb ass neighbor knows where his property ends and yours starts? Maybe ask him why he's such a tard?
Ironically enough I'm having this problem too. I have tried the polite direct "please don't cut my grass" approach more than once with very limited results. Just last week I uncovered the survey stakes and drove in multiple wooded ones between them to make the line more noticable. Only to freegin look out and see him running his big ass mower on my side. The next step is to ask him nicely again, and if that does not work I'm getting out the RoundUp and I'm killking the grass off right on the property line and will be planting bushes.

This issue really pisses me off, so believe me, I understand!

Just leave dog sh-t all over your lawn. If he wants to munch them with his mower, then you get free organic fertilizer.

Is there some sort of obsession with cutting other people's lawns going around? I've never had this problem before...
Maybe they're just being nice, but I must admit that dog shit idea sounds mighty tempting. If anyone needs some let me know, my dog can be your supplier (with a small fee ofcourse .)

I think every street in Canada has to have some sort of knob on it....on our street we have a guy with an Integra with and intake...

Same thing every morning...

Jump in car,
Start car,
Rev car for 2 minutes
backout of driveway while modulation the accelerator - I really don't get this one....
Floor car so intake can be heard...

Next week - knobs with Harley who rev them on thier driveways....

My neighbor does it out of

A- sheer lazyness, he does not want to have to shift his riding mower into reverse so he comes all the way across the south front part of my yard near the road and then turns around in my driveway. I swear someday if he does not stop I'm going to snap.

B- assness, he cuts about 6 to 8 feet into my property in the back so from his deck all he sees is cut lawn, I guess the fact that I don't cut on the same day he does bothers him so he cuts mine so he does not have to see a property line.

8) To my garbage man.

Thanks for coming by every week and taking away my stuff. I'm not sure if you notice how carefully I bag everything and make sure it fits into the big plastic can you folks provided but I do take pride in how neat my stuff is compared to my neighbors who just sort of make random piles at the end of their driveway. I really like how all you have to do is roll the garbage can up to the garbage truck, hook it on and then pull the hydraulic lever so it lifts up and automatically empties into the truck.

So, out of curiosity, is there any fvcking way you could take your hatred of garbage cans out on someone else's can? It would be so nice to come home on Friday and be able to pull into my driveway. How you can throw such a huge empty can so far is amazing to me, and how do you get it to land right in the middle of the driveway so I have to try and park in the middle of the road before I can get into my driveway is also amazing, but can you fvcking stop it or at least throw it into my yard?
