I have a small paint defect on the left side sill near the rear fender, to be repaired by warranty (small bubble).

Brought my car in yesterday, picked it up today, bubble still there!!!!!

Yeah, so turns out they painted my front fender that had a few stone chips in it, and they assumed that was the defect.

Dumbasses..........

 

Not to generalize, but framers, drywallers "sandwich artists" notwithstanding, bodyshop personnel have to be the most idiotic of all the workforce out there.

Perhaps you can con them into painting the right fender since the bodge was their fault?!

some local body shop that the dealer goes thru, since they don't have a body shop of their own...

 

oh.. that's why..

 

at least they fixed something....my dealership put holes in my hardtop when replacing the latches under warranty!!!
