Who swaps your tires?
Well i swapped my tires in the rear for my CR today. I was told these guys were the best in the area...unfortunatly even they couldnt get away without scuffing the lip on them :/
They said that because they are race spec tires the sidewall is extremely rigid and difficult to get past the lip of the rim. Excuses aside i just want to know where you guys get your tires changed without damaging the rim? Thanks

I went to the Firestone Wheel Care Center in St. Catharines, they are even a Bridgestone tire dealer :/ Fortunatly it was just the one and the damage wasnt too bad, but if im gunna be changing my tires every couple years i would like to find somone fairly local that can gaurantee no damage.
What do these shops usually charge? I paid $30 a wheel for mount and balance.

my local Honda dealer has no problem doing it safely, they only charge me $10 a wheel.

they should be paying for that wheel they dmged... i hope you know that. As far as your local dealer not knowing what a cr is... i believe it!
my old car was a VW gti 337, also limited edition and they had no idea what that was at my local dealership.
