Default Windshield Replacement

I know windshield replacement is not really a big deal and countless places exist all over the GTA however I am looking for a great highly recommended shop. Some installers really don’t care and will hack away with no respect at all. This happened to a friend of mine and his car started to rust right above the windshield a couple years later because of a rushed install. I am more concerned with install quality than cost.

I already purchased OEM Moulding and I can get a PPG windshield for a great deal (if needed) however I have no idea where to go. Any ideas?

I just replaced the windshield in my DD civic. Went to speedy and was the last customer of the day. They broke my wiper arm and tried to glue it without telling me, there was black caulk on the inside of the windshield in one spot and they didn't hide my GPS antenna that was tucked behind the dash. I would not recommend. Oh and the job was $380 for a no name windshield and definately not a good one like PPG...

I'm curious how much you can get a PPG windshield for and where.

Danio had a glass guy thats top notch, he does all of Richmond Hill Honda glass work. He replaced my windshield last season with great results. He will come to your work or home.

I went to Speedy twice in Mississauga on Mill Creek. What a bunch of retards!! First for my Wife's CRV, they scratched the hell out of the interior pillars next to the windshield. Next for my DD Accord. They dented my roof by placing their metal clip board down too hard on it. The guy installing the windshield had a hard time and threw a tantrum, swearing right their in the shop. They work behind a see-thru glass waiting room so he even knew he was being watched. Imagine if he didn't

My windshield on my S is pitted and flaked badly. I am scared as hell when I think about replacing it, so I will be watching this topic closely.
