I brought home my 2007 GPW today. It took 9.5 hours total to pick it up from Victor New York and get it home. I need a nap.

If anyone has any questions about the step to import a car from the US send me a PM and I will do my best to help. I'm not a huge fan of the XM radio antenna but for the price and the condition of the rest of the car, I'm ok with it for now.

The car was listed at $19,800 from a no haggle kind of dealership. It has 34,000 miles or 55,000 km on the odo.

I payed $1,100 in duty and $1,000 for another tax at the border, $230 in RIV fees and $100 for AC tax.
