Hi. I placed my order 9/22/2017. Do you have any updates as to when my order will be shipped?

Tried contacting you thru email multiple times. And no response. My order # 17265-50241-59353

I'm in the same boat. My order was placed on 9/18 and I have already been billed.
Patiently waiting for a personalized update. Hopefully we're first in line for the next round of engraved orders in ~4-6 weeks
