Yes. Refund issued back to my credit card a week later.
but lack of communication and no product date I don't know if he ever going to make more.

And agree...I'm not sure if the engraved knobs will be back in stock anytime soon.

That's crazy, I ordered mine on 7/22/2017 and there is still no shipment date for me either. I guess they are waiting for enough people to pay for them so they afford to get another run of them in?

The engraved we don't do in house unfortunately. We have had a few issues with engraving shop and have been trying a few new places to get the results we need before we can get more of these in stock.

We can certainly issue anyone a refund who has ordered an engraved shift knob.
