I haven't reserved our room for Dillard house yet.

We might have a fellow Mazda guy tagging along so that's one more. He'll be registering for everything as well.

Please add them to the list when they are confirmed so we have a count and Incan organize groups once it gets closer

Correct. Like in the original post you need to mention the S2000 group and ask for the meadows. I can't wait for this trip

They don't have us under a group yet at Dillard but you can still make your reservation. Just ask for the Meadows

March 9th is the last day Fontana is offering the group rate. If you want the group rate discount it has to be booked by the 9th
