Do any of you guys work at a bodyshop in Sarasota or Bradenton?

 

I bought some clips to put over the license plate cover holes. One of them won't snap in for some reason. I went to the Honda dealer and the guy there said the bumper will have to be taken off to push the holes back into place. I don't have tools, and have never removed a bumper. Can anyone here lend a hand?
