^^^ REALLY!!!??
I am trying to diagnose my misfire codes for a month now! (300, 301, 302, 303, 304, 1399) New plugs, new gas, cleaned injectors, about to do a map/ throttle body cleaning. Still throwing the codes.

As for the Adjustment, I did mine at a tech day down south, and it was painless. At 60,000 miles they were out of spec. That was several years ago, and 100,000 miles after the fact, the valves were still within spec.
I too, would not have the confidence to instruct anyone on doing it, but with someone overseeing a tech day that knows there stuff, it shouldn't be that big of a deal.
if you line up the cars and everyone pulls their own valve cover... somebody could just blow through and do a whole bunch at one time.
you might even be able to talk down the price a dollar or two if everyone does their own open and close of the cover.....
Just a thought
if you do a shade tree tech day...everyone needs to get there at a specific time and allow the cars to cool a bit. I have been helper guy on at least 15-20 of these and the longest part of the proccess is waiting for the car to get to "touchable" temperature.

Only the intake retainers need the upgrade, right? When can he do this and where?
to do it correctly, should change spings, cap and retainers to ap2's, imo
if you can setup 3 cars or more at a time we can do it for $75 a piece for a valve adjustment.
in fact for the S2KI forum members, we will beat anyones labor price on anything! and we only do a 10% over cost on parts.

2NWERKS is gone, but with many requests from older customers & now some new, we have had lately, something new may be in the works. The Stereo business has gone legit and is it own real company now also, with a history of over 250+ S2000 customers its just does not seem right to just let what we know go to waste. With little to no overhead, we can offer savings to S2KI memebers..... all for the fun of it!
