Hear hear, Jim! Good to be back in your own bed, huh? It was great meeting you and your wife - I'm glad you could join us! I don't know about you - but that was the most fun I've ever had on 4 wheels!

Home! Had a great time as usual, the car, the roads and the people!!!

I don't get to drive my car much at times however when I make this trip I fall in love with it all over again.

Jim, Jamie, Stefanie, Caleb, Stephanie, & Ryan all newbies! It was a blast having you all and to see you enjoying the weekend.

It was great to meet you Jim & Jamie, lookin forward to having you join us for other events and WTD next year. As stated earlier you are honorary members of the Tampa crew now!

Stefanie, next year bring the RX8 you will have a blast!

Ryan, a pleasure having you even if your politics are a little strange

Caleb & Stephanie, Congratulations your engagement again (Caleb, marry this woman ASAP, she is such a trooper) Looking forward to you making this an annual trip.

Chip, You did a great job leading and you take constructive yelling very well You sir can lead from now on, Yeah I said it Scott!!! We did miss Sailor Jerry, hopefully he can make it next year, you should start drying out your liver now.

Ron what can I say? You know I give you a lot of crap but only because I am tryin to get even with you and so far I am still way behind. Glad you could make it this year, great times as always.

Thanks again everyone, the car & roads are awesome but the people make it all come together.

Pics & Videos posted later, time to repack for a 6:55AM flight to NYC tomorrow morning

Made it home. Wow, What a great trip. Great people and like barry said, falling in love with our cars all over again. Here is the trip screen from my GPS....door to door.

1745.3 Miles in 31 hours and 56 minutes. Moving average speed 54.6 mph

Max speed....we wont talk about that

My research into aircraft-quality radios is already underway! I am not going to let us have a poor communications system again (It is what I do, afterall - just not car two-way)

The trouble is , it needs to be affordable. I have FM job site radios that are infifnitley better but they are $500 a piece.
