Default Berk or Megan Test Pipe

As title says.

Don't know what would work/sound better with my set up; Comptech Header and Exhaust.

Im a little partial to the Berk b/c of the built in CEL Fix but the resonator of the Megan is in question too.

I say neither... I'd go with a T1R if you can find one.

I've heard of the Berk problems and I honestly don't like any of the Megan parts, they just come across to me as being a cheap solution to things. I know the T1R parts are quality.

One advantage of the Berk over the Megan is that the Berk has full stainless flanges. Less of a change of corrosion is a plus in my book. When it comes down to it, a pipe is a pipe is a pipe.

I have the Berk and haven't had any problems, of course I haven't had it very long. I think either one will be fine. I mean when you look at it it's just a piece of pipe. How much better could one be than another?

You all make excellent points.

This is the very reason I only listed the two. My thoughts were a pipe is a pipe is a pipe is a piece of pipe.

But I was wondering about the megan (not a fan of the rest of their products) but it has the resonator....I don't want another LOUD Ass exhaust, the Comptech is perfect, and with the gears it just makes it a little louder b/c it stays at higher RPMs.

Still don't know, I did look up the price of a T1R it's still only around 125.
At this point Im leaning toward Berk.

A pipe might be be a pipe, but the thickness of the walls and type of material that is used could effectt longevity and corrosion and etc.
