not that i can afford a new car, id be willing to show them their character and how the customer feels about this. i know that if you have enough power, you can get anything accomplished at a dealership if you get treated improperly.

if a dealership pisses off the wrong customers, they'll either take a hit in business dramatically, or call you back apoligizing. it all depends on who you know...

A friend of mine in Chattanooga has been pleased with the dealer there. You guys might want to consider the drive if service is that bad up here. Good luck.

If you ever head towards Knoxville, you can hit up Grayson BMW (on the west side at the corner of Lovell Rd. and Parkside Dr)....I've heard they are very attentive with their customers.

yeah i talked to the guys at carmax service up there...they said grayson is awesome to deal with
