Diff goes Kabooom
Hey everyone, seems like it was only a matter of time. Diff completey came apart inside. Sucks but what can you do, if you drive the cars hard you pay for a new diff it seems. Looks like im going with this setup
ATS Carbon LSD
J's Racing 4.3FD
Comptech Reinforced Housing
New Oil Seals
New Bearings
... Should be a nice setup. The ATS carbon lsd are not as loud as the J's LSD so thats a nice thing. When is everyone getting together for another meet!

For the type of racing im doing next year thats the gear to use. Also thats what comes installed in the diff, so im not going to complain. I plan on buying a set of 4.40 and 4.77 to use at different tracks. 4.77 is a autox gear anyways. I plan on Running in the Nasa Time Attack series next year. Aj racing and J's both used a 4.3 4.4 for time attack. As for going forced induction I do have plans on running a Nitrous/Methanol injection system. I dunno if this will be done with the Itbs or not. Power Na should come out around 260-270whp after I get the car back to the dyno and make some changes to the mapping. With nitrous and methanol, 400whp or so Is what im shooting for, maybe more.I plan on testing many gear ratios so I will see how the 4.3 does on the longer road courses. Of course a 4.77 would be great on the dragon trail
