I did not unlike the Boxster which had a few problems that became annoying due to Porsche's lack of give a f@#k. I got bit by that whole "oh you drive a Porsche" well just take your private plane to work while we keep your car for a week over a clutch switch. OR It may have been "oh you just have a Boxster" No Carrera 4s, no care.

I wonder if it was debadged on purpose or if it is an Alpina - see how the tail lights have some painted surface running through them? I'm not arguing your I.D. ing of the car, just inquisitive.

Yeah, upon second look - I see that too. Maybe they just tossed on some vinyl to avoid it being obvious it was a BMW. They show the front at one point and there's no questioning it's a Z4.
