As far as females being more practical . . . . .
I can think of many instances where that has not been the case. So much so that I doubt gender is a real factor.
It's certainly not across the board.
Sorry.
And I sense you were just beginning to like me too.
Maybe more cautious is a better word than practical. I just think about I tend to make decisions (mostly) with my head, not that emotions never get in the way, b/c they certainly do, but there's mostly someone around to talk sense into me if need be.

I certainly wouldn't quit liking something over something as silly as an opinion. We'll see what Matt has to say about me being practical when he gets back from putting his springs on. But I'd say on the whole, with major life decisions I'm practical and I'm not the kind of girl who gives into "those shoes are so cute" kinds of whims. Perhaps someone from the outside would be a better judge of my practicality and I have delusions of making practical, logical decisions. I certainly see women make stupid decisions all the time, but I'm not sure they're impractical, just stupid in the long run. Maybe it's true that women make "heart" decisions" and men make "head decisions."

Nope! Justin will make a thread about that later on today with some pictures and what not. The install went well, albeit slow, but better safe than sorry. As far as your Cat in the Hat question goes, Im going to have to agree with Robin (Ravenwerk), I do not think that one gender is more (im)practical than the other. There are times when boys just want to be boys, just like there is a time when girls need to twirl their finger in their hair and pout. Ok ok, little exaggeration, but as a whole, its true! I honestly do not see how one can pin "practical" on one sex moreso than the other. Maybe it's my point of reference, but I see TONS of girls (and some girls that weigh tons), make God-Awful decisions for no apparent reason; although Im not blind to the fact that boys don't either. Anywho, the Cat's a dude, the fish is a chick. 'Nuff said.

Agreed. Sensible women tend to be more cautious where unknowns are concerned.

Huge bonus points for not letting emotions make decisions for you.
The poorest choices in a person life usually revolve around emotional ones.
I certainly wouldn't quit liking something over something as silly as an opinion.
Surely you know I was kidding.
And yes you would.
