Maybe you should consider semi-retirement somewhere in Central/South America now. How's your Spanish?

man if things didnt turn around id go for my masters and stay in school where its safe. Youll be better positioned when the current economy passes....

The more im out of school the more i wish i were back in.If i could do everything over again id be a male nurse. Meet the Parents be damned....you can make a hell of a lot of money without the risk and less school as a Dr.

one of the only jobs in which you're basically guaranteed a job right out of the box, and not a shit job either.

kind of like engineering!

yea but engineers are wierd

I remember my freshman year.....all the smart kids would be building their bridge from balsa wood for Engineering 110 or whatever the class was.....we all felt bad for them because of how hard they worked while we were screwing around

nah, maybe further on in civil engineering. but now, we're in engineering fundamentals classes and then later, we'll specialize more. or less for me in mechanical engineering, it's such a broad field, which is why I like it.

but I'll always find ways to screw around.
